Pam Green, President
Pam Green is a charter member of LWEN. She has held the positions of Vice President of Marketing and Membership, Vice President of Programs and President Elect, and has served on the LWEN Woman of the Year and Top Ten committees. Pam is currently the Director of Communications for the Texas Engineering Experiment Station and the Dwight Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M. She is responsible for managing an in-house communication staff of 10 which supports the communications needs of both the engineering research agency and the largest college on the Texas A&M campus. Pam has more than 27 years marketing and public relations experience in industries including banking, retail, restaurant and academia. She enjoys traveling and the arts, especially musical theater. Pam is married to Mike, president of Customer Impact and has one son, Michael, who is class of ’11 at Texas A&M. Whoop!
Debbie Waskow, President Elect
Debbie Waskow is a 5 year member of the Leading Women Express Network and the American Business Women Association. She served on the LWEN Executive Board in 2006 as Vice President of Marketing and Arrangements, 2008 as Vice President of Administration and now serves as President-Elect. Debbie was nominated as LWEN’s Network Woman of the Year in 2008 and 2009 and has been named LWEN’s Top Ten Candidate for 2008 and 2009. Debbie and her husband Dan own Superior Auto Service and XPRESS Rent-A-Car in Bryan. She is the CEO and President of XPRESS Rent-A-Car, the only locally owned rental car agency in Bryan, Texas. Debbie earned her Accredited Automotive Management certification and is certified to manage an automobile service business. Debbie is also a paralegal for local attorney Robertson Neal. She has been in the legal field for 22 years. Debbie has lived in Bryan/College Station for 16 years, with her husband Dan and recently adopted their third dog, Sparky, from the Brazos Animal Shelter. Debbie and Dan are parents to Will Johnson, Brandon Waskow, daughter-in-law, Stephanie Waskow, and grandparents to Austin and Barrett Waskow.
Denise Joiner, VP of Programs
Denise grew up in Bryan and married her high school sweetheart, Michael. They have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandsons. Denise and Michael moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico in 1986 and returned home in 1995. While in Ruidoso, she worked in the Lodging and Hospitality Industry and made a big change when she moved back to Bryan to pursue a career in Banking. Denise has worked for three local banks and is currently the Banking Center Manager for First Victoria’s newest bank located at University Drive and Copperfield Parkway in College Station. Her goal is to deliver the ultimate banking experience to her clients through excellence in personal service. With attention to your goals and financial planning, she can assist you with checking, savings, loans and investing.
Denise has been a member of ABWA / LWEN since 2007. She is the 2007 – 2008 Protégé Award winner for LWEN, served on the LWEN Board as Vice President of Marketing & Publicity for 2008 – 2009 and is currently Vice President of Programs. Additionally she serves Boy Scouts of America as a committee member for a local troop, volunteers for Bryan ISD HOSTS Program, and is a member of The Junior League of Bryan College Station. She strives to grow personally and professionally through strong involvement in her community.
Denise enjoys antiquing and traveling with her husband, she is an award winning artist in fine needlework and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Lina Lawson, VP of Finance
Lina is a true entrepreneur. She has built a remarkable career, selflessly donates her time for volunteer activities supporting the Bryan-College Station community and has held many leadership positions in both the Leading Women Express Network and the Bryan-College Station Charter Chapter of ABWA. Lina served on the National Board of Directors as District II Vice President, National Vice President and National President for the American Business Women’s Association from 2005 through 2008. In 2007, Lina was named the American Business Woman of ABWA.
“Life is about opportunities, opportunities to grow, you can either be status quo, or find different arenas to build your expertise,” says Lina. Lina Lawson lives by this philosophy and she enjoys helping others fulfill their dreams and successes. After 11 years of service to C.C. Creations, Lina Lawson is now living her dream by owning her own marketing firm with her identical twin sister; Tina Gandy called Twinz Co. Marketing. It is a full service marketing and graphic design firm located in downtown Bryan, Texas. Lina balances her time with her stepson Collin, her husband Kenneth, and family while playing a key role in ABWA and extracurricular activities.
Desarie Hobbs, VP of Hospitality
Desarie Hobbs graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development. Desarie has been working in Real Estate and Finance for over ten years. She is currently a Sr. Loan Officer with LegacyTexas Mortgage in College Station. Desarie has been involved with the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of Realtors, College Station Rotary Club and is active in planning events for the children of the Wheelock Civic Association. Desarie has served as VP of Marketing and Arrangements for Leading Women Express Network. Desarie and her husband Robby are the proud parents of Harrison and Samantha.
Jodi Loveall, VP of Networking
Jodi Loveall is blessed and honored to serve as VP of Networking for LWEN 2009-2010. She joined LWEN in 2006 and has been inspired by the members ever since. She is originally from East Texas graduated high school in Madisonville attended College in Wyoming with a team roping Scholarship majoring Speech and Communications. She moved back to Aggieland five years ago and has made it her home. Jodi is employed by The Oldham Goodwin Group as the Hospitality Area Director of Sales of Hawthorn Suites, Hyatt Place and Best Western Atrea in Old Town Center. She was also LWEN’s VP for Networking for 2008-2009. Jodi currently serves as a board member at her church in Bryan; is an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce and is involved with Brazos Valley Lodging Association.
She also volunteers when available with Habitat for Humanity; has served as Vice President of the Brazos County Crime Stoppers and was awarded Ambassador of the Month and Ambassador Quarterly Sales for the Chamber of Commerce. Jodi is also a 2008-2009 graduate of Leadership Brazos through the B/CS Chamber of Commerce.
Jodi’s hobbies include seeking and learning the Word of God, reading books by Francine Rivers, skydiving, taking cruises, waterskiing, photography and helping others. Jodi is learning Spanish, desires to play the harp and strives to improve her life spiritually, mentally and physically. Jodi has a teacup Chihuahua named Riley and yellow Parakeet named Gracie.

Linda Crenshaw, VP of Adminstration
Linda joined the Leading Women’s Express Network in 2007. This is her first Executive Board position with LWEN and she looks forward to a successful year with the organization.
Linda is with Wilton's OfficeWorks, in sales and marketing, as part of their office supply division team, and has been with Wilton's for 4 years. Before joining Wilton’s, Linda enjoyed a 20 year career in direct sales with Home Interiors and Gifts. Linda is a dual member of ABWA, being also a member of Bryan College Station Charter Chapter of ABWA. She is also on the board of directors of Brazos Independent Business Alliance, and actively represents Wilton's OfficeWorks with the BCS Chamber of Commerce participating in many events and socials.
She enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and TEEX Emergency Training for Task Force 1 at Brayton Field Disaster City.Linda is a lifetime resident of Bryan, Texas. Her family includes her mother, daughter, 3 precious grandsons.
Greta Messarra, VP of Communications
Greta is an Investment Advisory Representative of ING Financial Advisers, LLC, a registered Broker/Dealer. Greta has a diverse clientele which includes many teachers and professionals. She entered the financial services industry in 2000 assisting Financial Advisors at a major brokerage house. In early in 2007, Greta joined the Bryan/College Station financial team as a Financial Analyst.
Greta earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M in 1989, Her hobbies are crafting, singing, and supporting her Aggies. She and her two sons, Koby and Jay, are proud to be Bryan natives and active members of the First Baptist Church of Bryan. Greta is the Director of the Adult Singles ABF at FBC Bryan, as well as Founder and President of Brazos Valley Christian Singles, Inc. (BVCS). Greta actively supports Stillcreek Boys and Girls Ranch, Hope Pregnancy Center of the Brazos Valley , SOS Ministries, and The Boy Scouts of America.
Greta is an active member of ABWA Leading Women’s Express Network. She is so thankful for the opportunity to serve this excellent organization as VP of Communications, and hopes to further expand her outreach and “give back” to the community which has given so much to her and her family over the past 40 years.
Cortney Tenhet, VP of Marketing & Publicity
Cortney Tenhet ’97 holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. While attending Texas A&M, she was an active member of Delta Zeta sorority, an Aggie Muster Family Greeter, and a H.O.S.T. volunteer. Shortly after graduation, she became a flight attendant for American Airlines. After traveling much of North America, Tenhet decided to move back to her hometown of Austin, Texas where she worked as a Legislative Relations Aide for a prominent lobbyist during the 2001 Texas State Session. Tenhet returned to Aggieland in September 2001 to continue her career in a newly created position as Marketing Director for C.C. Creations.
Tenhet is currently the Director of Sales for LaSalle Hotel & Cafe in historic Downtown Bryan. Tenhet is currently on the Board of Directors for the Brazos County A&M Club and the Junior League of Bryan-College Station. She is on the American Cancer Society’s annual Cattle Baron’s Ball committee and a member of the Gary Blair Celebrity Golf Classic Committee. She has previously had the privilege of working with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley Celebrity Golf Tournament committee and co-chaired the American Heart Association’s annual Go Red for Women Luncheon for three years. In addition to these committees and organizations, Tenhet is also a member of the 12th Man Foundation, the Association of Former Students, the Leadership Brazos Alumni Association and has been a member of the Leading Women Express Network since 2005.
Geanna Kincannon, VP of Education/Resources
Geanna graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. She is building her career at West Corporation and is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources. A team member at West since 2006, Geanna is responsible for major corporate accounts such as American Express, T-Mobile and Dish Network.
She balances her life with family, is the mother of four; Brandon (23 years old), Brittany (22 years old), Brooke (12 years old), Brayden (6 years old) and is a grandmother or “GiGi” to her precious granddaughter, Nevaeh (1 year old). Geanna enjoys living in Bryan-College Station and is actively involved in the community volunteering in many organizations including the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce. Acting as a dual member of ABWA’s Leading Women Express Network and the Bryan-College Station Charter Chapter, Geanna is passionate about helping others grow both personally and professionally.
Debbie Holladay, VP of Marketing & Membership
Debbie joined ABWA in 2007. She is active with the LWEN, Bryan-College Station Charter Chapter and the Houston Area Council where she has served on various committees including Publicity, Newsletter and Membership. She is the 2009 LWEN Protégé award recipient. Debbie is a tax professional with B-CS Tax Group, Inc. and has 17 years experience in the tax and accounting field. She continues to stay abreast of the changing tax laws to help her clients with planning and their unique tax situations.
Debbie enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with various service organizations within the Brazos Valley. Debbie has been married to Ben for 23 years. She has four sons; Chris (27), James (26) married to Tori Bomnskie, Blake (20) and Dusty (14).
Brandi Ring Cooper, VP of Marketing & Arrangements
Brandi Ring-Cooper has been a member of ABWA since 2003. Throughout her membership, Brandi has served as VP of Education and Resources, VP of Networking, President Elect and served as President of LWEN for the 2006-2007 year. She has also been selected as a past Top Ten candidate for LWEN. Brandi is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Communication. She is a Broker/Owner at Ashford Square Realty, LLC and has been selling Real Estate in the Bryan/College Station area for 7 years.
